Warranty Coverage

All VanBanner watches come with a one-year warranty from the date of shipping. We guarantee that your watch will be free from material and workmanship defects for a period of one year from the date of shipping. If you discover any such defects within the warranty period, VanBanner will repair or replace your watch at no cost to you.

Please note that there is no warranty card. The warranty is linked to your purchase record and email.

Warranty Exclusions

• Damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accident, or owner negligence including but not limited to scratches, chipping of the crystal, or wearing of PVD coating
• Unauthorized repair or modification work
• Water infiltration due to failure to secure the screw down crown or submergence at depths exceeding the rated water resistance
• Shipping cost incurred in the process of presenting the watch for a warranty claim
• Accessories such as box, hang tags, and tools
